Moovit
One of the most useful apps for students in Spain is Moovit. This application contains (current) information about every kind of public transport in Valencia. It will show you the directions, stations and lines. It also shows you the deviating service times. Besides the metro/ bus/ train/ tram, also the bicycle system – which is called ‘Valenbisi’ – can be found in this app. The original Valenbisi application is inserted at the Moovit app. The inserted Valenbisi app will make it able to get an insight in full bicycle spots and empty bicycle spots. The app is easy to use and can be installed in 42 different languages.
Mytaxi
If you’re looking for a cab, a useful app could be: Mytaxi. With this application, you’ll find a cab in no-time. The application is really easy to use and can be translated in several languages. The app searches for your current location itself, and then you only have to type in the desired location. The cabs can be ordered by credit card or cash after the ride itself, and you will receive the expected arriving time of the cab you have ordered. Funny fact: within this app, you can see the available cabs moving around.
Xceed
If you don’t want to Netflix & chill, there are always many parties going on in the city. Neither it matters if you’re in the city that never sleeps (Madrid), nor you’re in Valencia or Ibiza. Xceed will give you information about events/parties in your city or whenever you want to go. If it’s something from the pharmacy, yup. If you want something from the supermercado, yup. Do you want to order clothes or perfume, yes. And did you forget to buy your girlfriend/boyfriend a present? With Glovo you can order anything from anywhere in a few clicks. The app is available in several languages, including Spanish and English.
Valenbisi
Valenbisi Valencia is the most famous bicycle-system in Valencia! This app is also belongs to one of the most useful apps for students in Spain, because within this app you can find every Valenbisi bicycle spot in Valencia. The app is really easy to use and contains a lot of different languages. If you open the app, the app will show you a map of the city with pinned points of bicycle spots. These spots contain a number, which is the amount of available bikes. If you click on these points, information about the amount of bikes and stands will be given. With Valenbisi you can always find a bike and bike-spot!
Gasolineras Baratas
Do you prefer driving a car over riding a bike? Then Gasolineras Baratas probably will be an interesting app for you. If you open the app, a map of your current country will be shown.
